WARRANTY

Warranty specifically does not include general wear and tear, rusting of steel components and parts, corrosion, staining of table tops, frost, acts of nature and damage caused as a result of failure to observe reasonable care, maintenance and assembly instructions.
With the Natural Stone furniture a 2 year warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects through normal domestic use only, we do not offer warranty on commercial or catering use.
With other furniture including hardwood and aluminium furniture a 1 year warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects through normal domestic use only, we do not offer warranty on commercial or catering use.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES
In the event of a problem, our policy is to supply a replacement component, not the entire product or suite. Our 'Consumer Services' department at info@ewgardenfurniture.co.uk is at your disposal if you are in need of further advice. The customer must inform us by email within 3 days from date of delivery stating date of delivery, damage and cause (if known). The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute failed items with a similar product should the model or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only not a complete set. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a repair, refinish or replacement.

UNWANTED GOODS
With garden furniture sets unwanted items will only be considered for exchange if they are in a perfect and re-saleable condition and in their original packaging within 10 days of being ordered. The cost of carriage would be the responsibility of the customer.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All products are subject to availability. If an item is ordered and is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will endeavour to find a suitable replacement at your approval.
If this is not possible, we will reimburse your payment in full. Occasionally manufacturers will update their products, and we reserve the right to supply these to fulfil your order. These will not be classed as replacement products.
