Delivery
Delivery of all products to Mainland UK is free with the exception of the postal areas described below:
Postcodes with the following prefixes will incur an additional delivery charge:
Zone 1: DG, EH, FK, G, ML, TD, PA, KA - £20
Zone 2: DD, KY, PH, AB, IV - £35
All delivery times are for business days only, weekends are excluded from delivery estimates.
Delivery time for furniture orders placed for delivery to mainland UK is usually 7 to 10 working days.
Deliveries to UK locations outside of mainland UK can be quoted for on request. We do not deliver outside the UK.
You will be required to sign for the goods and confirm that they are in good condition.
We will endeavor to deliver your order as soon as possible and within the time stated but all delivery times may be subject to variation.
Returns Policy
If the goods are damaged this must be recorded on the carrier's documentation. If the damage is not immediately obvious we must be informed within seven working days of receipt. We reserve the right to replace the damaged component or uplift the entire item but in this case the goods must remain in their original packaging.
Out of Stock Items
All products are subject to availability. If an item is ordered and is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will endeavour to find a suitable replacement at your approval.
If this is not possible, we will reimburse your payment in full. Occasionally manufacturers will update their products, and we reserve the right to supply these to fulfil your order. These will not be classed as replacement products.
Unwanted Goods
Unwanted items will only be considered for exchange if they are in a perfect and re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We must be notified within 7 working days of being delivered if you want to return the item. The cost of carriage would be the responsibility of the customer.
